Our focus is on what we can bring to Strata Communities in Western Australia and it is important to us that we are what your strata community is looking for. Strata Management is a specialist service, requiring high levels of understanding of legislation in relation to the Strata Titles Act in Western Australia as well as the regulations. Strata Managers are qualified members of our team, with Certificate IV in Strata Community Management along with other qualifications such as Business and Financial accounting, Legal studies.
Nuala is the founder of CMSWA, which was formed in 2017, previously set up CMS in Western Australia in 2005 as part of an Australia wide Strata business with a focus in Large, multi complex developments. Nuala has a wealth of knowledge and experience, both here in WA and overseas in Dubai and Doha and knows the importance of being able to listen to the communities under management to be able to share such knowledge.
We are passionate about the role we can provide to you, as Owners, in your Strata Community. We also guarantee that should our services no longer fit with the requirements of your strata company, we have a three month built in termination clause. Yes we have a contract/agreement - but if it isn't working, it isn't in our best interests or yours to have us manage your community. Therefore, I am prepared to walk away from our agreement providing three months notice has been given.

CMSWA ensures that all staff are regularly updated with changes of the Strata Titles Act and the Strata Titles General Regulations 1996, and regulations or codes which affect the maintenance of buildings.
