Nuala is the founder of CMSWA, which was formed in 2017, previously set up CMS in Western Australia in 2005 as part of an Australia wide Strata business that specialised in Large, multi complex developments. We are passionate about the role we can provide to you, as Owners, in your Strata Community.

CMSWA ensures that all staff are regularly updated with changes of the Strata Titles Act and the Strata Titles General Regulations 1996, and regulations or codes which affect the maintenance of buildings.
