We are a small specialist Strata Management company.  Some of our clients are in the South West of WA, whilst others are in and around Perth and suburbs.   We are a company with the focus on delivery of service to our clients and being there to guide and assist when required.   We are small and will always remain small because the emphasis is on being able to dedicate time when needed to each management under our name.

In order to be able to do that and provide that level of service, we must remain boutique!  As the Director of CMSWA, I handle each and every client personally.  That level of service can only be achieved by managing a smaller number of clients.   Do not misunderstand me, we specialise in Large, multi complex communities and are proud that we have that specialist skill to do that.
