We are focused on bringing to your community the very best in professional management of your homes.  Strata Management and understanding the importance of the professional role we bring to your community are at the very foundation and heart of CMSWA.   Honesty, the ability to listen to the needs of you, your Council of Owners and your Community define us and sets us apart from others in this industry.   

Whilst we are small, that does not mean we play small!  We are here to bring a greater understanding of strata, the Act and Regulations and the amendments to the Act that came into force in November 2020.   It is a lot to get your head around and that is why it makes sense to talk to those who have dedicated so many years to seeking change in our industry, by recognising that Owners often seek to understand more about this complex Act, yet can be blinded by the depth of knowledge getting your head around the Strata Titles Act can entail.

THAT IS WHAT WE ARE HERE FOR!!!!

As the founder of this company in Western Australia, it is my passion to share that knowledge and information and to be of service to the community.   CMSWA is not about growing huge, with endless strata communities under her Management - NO - it is about quality and that works both ways!!   I also say to prospective clients that we need to be on the same page - that being said, what I mean by that is that as your Manager, with extensive knowledge of the Act and Regulations it is part of our role to share that knowledge with the strata communities we manage.   Sometimes, Council of Owners on behalf of the whole community, need to trust that the Manager they give an Agreement to is also on the same page as they are in terms of what they need and want for their community to excel, to be the best it can be.

I work Holistically, and I realise that is a word that is so often bandied about these days - but for me what that means is CMSWA works with you, the clients, takes ownership of the community we serve.  We are here to listen to the issues, concerns and how to provide the very best for the community.
